Work Experience
Shawn has been working in the graphic design field since 1999. He started working with small design firms as a temp while freelancing doing logo’s and websites for local bands.
In 2003 he made the jump to a three-person design team at the corporate marketing department of Stanley Tools. At Stanley, Shawn worked close with marketing heads, division and sales managers, contracted printers, photographers, and other design companies. His experience at Stanley moved him from a entry level designer into a senior level design position over his 6 year run with the company.
After Stanley Shawn became an art director and webmaster at Triadicon Inc. Specializing in web and print marketing for garden centers, garden nurseries and industrial tool companies. Shawn produced print / web catalogs, online newsletters, magazine ads, plant tags and other in store materials. Shawn also provided photography services for clients and their products.
After Triadicon Shawn transitioned into a web design position at CT Web Factory creating custom (CMS) websites and web / print marketing materials.
Shawn currently is a Marketing Coordinator | Graphic / Web Designer at NLR, Inc. in East Windsor CT promoting “Going Green” recycling services of universal waste materials
